BISON-BIAL is renowned for manufacturing high quality lathe chucks to meet the highest requirements of the Customers. Our chucks are made from high quality forged steel or cast iron. Hardened and ground work surfaces of the interacting parts provide the chucks with superior strength and extended lifetime. We know how important it is to maintain quality standards at every stage of the production process. We therefore maintain our own cast iron foundry and our own heat treatment department. Thanks to strict control guidelines from the implementation of the casting to the final outcome of our products we know all every detail a every stage and are therefore able to provide their superior quality. At BISON-BIAL we take great pride in the fact that the BISON logo has long been a symbol of excellence, a reputation that has been supported by our ISO 9001:2001 certification. With the advent of globalization and increasing international trade came the need for an internationally recognized benchmark for quality. As a result, in 1987, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) created the ISO 9000 series for quality standardization. ISO 9001 is comprised of universal quality management standards, based on eight principles: customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, system approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach to decision making, and mutually beneficial supplier relationships. In order to maintain its ISO 9001 certification status, a company must undergo multiple internal audits each year and an external audit every two years. In order to confirm compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and maintain certification, the external certification body, the Polish Center for Testing and Certification (Polskie Centrum Badan i Certyfikacji) conducts annual audits of supervision.
BENMET
The company "BENMET" was established in 1982. The main activity of "BENMET" is production of electrodes for manual and arc welding, solid wires for semi-automatic welding with shielding gases and wires for acetylene - oxygen welding. High quality of welding materials produced by "BENMET" and our constant work on an improvement of manufacturing technology and expanding production range ensure long-term success in competition with leading domestic manufacturers of this industry.
The company also strengthened its position in the domestic market of consumables. Highly qualified specialists who have gained experience working for the company for over twenty years guarantee the required quality of welding consumables produced by Benmet.
ANDRE
The ANDRE ABRASIVE ARTICLES company was established in 1987. The founder, owner and General Director is Mr. Robert Andre MSc, a graduate of the Poznan University of Technology. Our company has a stable position on the grinding tool market in Europe; our products have gained the necessary safety certificates and conform with provisions of the European Standard ISO 12413 and other relevant international standards. We have entered into cooperation with centers for scientific research, among others with the technical universities in Gdańsk, Poznań and Łódź as weel as with The Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology in Kraków, which resulted in implementation of new manufacturing technologies and in continuous improvement in quality of manufactured products.
Nowadays our company designs, manufactures and supplies wide range of all-purpose and special abrasive tools: grinding wheels, segments and hand stones made of hard bonded abrasive materials (Aluminium Oxide and Silicon Carbide abrasive grains) with vitrified, resin bond. Our products are designated for precision and rough grinding of different materials such as steel, cast iron, stainless steel, concrete, ceramics etc. and are applied in various industrial branches.
The company development is aimed at manufacturing of grinding wheels for precision, surface, centerless and double disc grinding,. At present our company employs over 180 people and has above 800 permanent customers in Poland and abroad.
