Properties and application:

  • 2-Position milling machine vise for holding shafts FQV are used on milling machines, grinding machines, drilling machines and CNC machining centers
  • Two movable jaws press the round-shaped object to the prism and center it
  • The adjustable sliding rods enable the workpieces to remain set in the same position
  • The prism is doublesided with the possibility to reinstall
  • The vise can be positioned on the side surface of the base
  • Parallelism and squareness of working surfaces: 0,01 - 0,03 mm
  • When replacing the jaws remachining is necessary
  • When replacing the jaws, remachining of the working surfaces connected to the vise is necessary in order to acquire accuracy parameters specified in the techninal documentation

Accuracy parameters:

  • Accuracy of the contact of movable jaws with the reference cylinder surface positioned on the vise prism - 0,01 mm
  • Parallelism of reference cylinder clasped on the vise in relation to the primary support surface - 0,03/100 mm
  • Parallelism of intersection line of working surfaces in relation to the primary support surface - 0,03/100 mm
  • Perpendicularity between the primary support surfaces - 0,05 mm
